Delete your account
You can delete your Genfora Customer or Pro account here without the app. Deletion removes or de-identifies your profile, contact details, photos and requests. Limited records may be kept, access-restricted, for fraud prevention, security, disputes, accounting or legal obligations. Deactivating an account is not deletion.
Most deletions finish immediately and you are signed out. If a request needs review, the account stays disabled until deletion is complete, and we confirm by email.
