Community Guidelines

What we expect

Genfora works when Customers and Pros deal with each other honestly, respectfully and safely. These guidelines apply to profiles, requests, messages, photos, reviews and every other interaction on the platform.

Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed on Genfora:

• fraud, scams and deceptive schemes
• fake accounts and impersonation of another person or business
• harassment, threats, intimidation or stalking
• hate speech or discriminatory conduct based on protected characteristics
• sexual harassment or sexually explicit content
• illegal activity or solicitation of illegal work
• dangerous conduct or work performed without required safety measures
• spam, bulk unsolicited messaging and irrelevant advertising
• manipulation of marketplace systems, including matching, ranking and lead distribution
• fake job requests and fake Pro profiles
• fake reviews, review trading, purchased reviews and other review manipulation
• attempts to manipulate ratings or pressure a user to change a rating
• unauthorized scraping, crawling or automated data collection
• misuse of another user’s contact information
• attempts to bypass platform protections, including pre-selection privacy limits
• misrepresentation of licenses, insurance, experience, certifications or identity

Reviews

Reviews must represent genuine experiences with the marketplace. Do not fabricate, purchase or trade reviews, condition compensation or discounts on a positive review, threaten a user over a review, or retaliate because someone submitted an honest negative review.

Genfora may remove a review for legitimate policy reasons such as spam, fraud, harassment, irrelevant content, privacy violations or other guideline violations. A negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal.

Enforcement

Genfora may moderate or remove content, limit features, pause lead eligibility, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action when reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, protect users, comply with law or preserve marketplace integrity.

Enforcement is proportionate where possible, but severe violations — including fraud, threats and safety risks — may result in immediate removal from the platform.
