- harassment, threats, violence or stalking
- hate-based abuse or sexual harassment
- scams, fraud or impersonation
- illegal services or unsafe conduct
- discriminatory conduct prohibited by law
- spam and review manipulation
- payment fraud and malicious content
- attempts to defeat platform security
What Genfora may do
- remove content
- restrict communication
- suspend or terminate accounts
- investigate reports
- preserve evidence where legally appropriate
Blocking
Customers and Pros can block another user, which prevents future direct interaction where reasonably possible. Blocking does not delete historical transaction records, and Genfora may preserve information necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance and platform security.
