Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute and regulatory obligations. Genfora applies database-level authorization controls so that private records are only reachable by the users and staff roles authorized to see them.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or limit certain uses of their personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them.
