Genfora provides a technology marketplace connecting customers and independent service professionals. Genfora does not perform the services, does not employ Pros, and does not supervise the work they carry out.
No completion guarantee
Genfora does not guarantee that either party will complete a scheduled service. Customers and Pros should communicate a cancellation or reschedule as early as reasonably possible, through the platform where practical.
Marketplace quality
Genfora may track repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, abusive cancellations and fraudulent requests, and may restrict accounts when necessary to protect marketplace quality. This is a marketplace integrity measure, not an employment attendance policy.
Lead fees and cancellations
A cancellation after a valid customer selection does not by itself make a lead fee refundable. See the Lead Fee Refund Policy for the situations where a refund or credit may be issued.
