For customers
- Review the Pro's profile, services, reviews and verification badges.
- Confirm the project scope and discuss price before work begins.
- Confirm relevant credentials when your project requires them.
- Protect valuables and secure sensitive areas.
- Avoid unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Use platform communication where possible so there is a record.
- Report concerning behavior from the conversation menu.
For Pros
- Review project information and clarify scope before arrival.
- Avoid unsafe work and follow applicable laws.
- Do not perform work requiring credentials you do not hold.
- Maintain appropriate insurance where needed.
- Report threatening or fraudulent users.
Reporting
Every conversation includes a Report option. Reports marked as immediate physical danger, credible threats or serious violence are prioritized for our staff. Genfora may remove content, restrict communication, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence where legally appropriate.
