Genfora provides a technology marketplace connecting customers and independent service professionals. Genfora does not perform the services, does not employ Pros, and does not supervise the work they carry out.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Genfora, including photos, portfolio images, profile text, request descriptions, messages and reviews, to the extent you owned it before submitting it.
License you grant to Genfora
By uploading or submitting content to Genfora, you grant Genfora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, display, format, adapt for display, distribute and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and maintain the Genfora platform
- display profiles, portfolios, listings and reviews
- process and distribute service requests
- facilitate marketplace interactions between Customers and Pros
- provide, troubleshoot and improve platform features
- enforce platform policies and investigate reports
- protect users and preserve platform integrity
Your responsibilities
You must have all rights necessary to submit the content you upload and to grant the license above. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, and do not upload photos of other people’s property or work as if it were your own.
Content must comply with the Community Guidelines and applicable law.
Infringement reports
If you believe content on Genfora infringes your rights, contact us at the legal address published at the bottom of this page with a description of the work, the location of the content on Genfora, your contact information and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Genfora may remove content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Genfora intellectual property
Genfora owns and retains all rights in the platform, including its software, source code, design, user interfaces, databases, branding, name, logos, trademarks, service marks and proprietary systems.
You may not use Genfora branding without permission, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted.
