Users retain ownership of the content they submit, including project photos, portfolio images and reviews. Genfora does not claim ownership of customer or Pro photos or reviews.
License to operate the platform
You grant Genfora a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, transmit and moderate your content as necessary to operate and improve the marketplace.
Platform assets
Genfora branding, software, platform design and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to Genfora and A&E The Rich Twin LLC. Users may not copy, reverse engineer where prohibited, scrape, resell or reproduce protected platform assets except where permitted by law.
